Hi, I'm Kathy,

I first started my photography business in May 2024 following over 20 years of practicing and learning as a hobby photographer.

My professional background is in journalism originally, and I like to think that that shines through in my work. After years of telling stories through words, I realised that I prefer to tell people's stories through pictures.

I don't have a studio, I don't use artificial backgrounds or props, and I don't have a client wardrobe. I prefer to keep things real and capture you as you are - whether that's at home settling into your new life as parents, enjoying a day out with your family, or on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Ireland from overseas.

I love to catch the little moments that capture the connection between people, the real interactions and facial expressions that tell your unique story. (But don't worry - if you would like some pointers and prompts, or even outfit or location advice, I am more than happy to help!).
